All admission will be given at the discretion of the Principal.

Admission forms will be issued only from the school office.

Students selected for admission, shall furnish correct information in their admission forms, as the same information

given will be used for all school records. Date of Birth of the child should be authenticated by the municipality / Corporation Certificate (Original). Church Baptism certificates and Affidavits will not be accepted.

1. Child seeking admission to L.K.G. should have completed 3 years and three months as on 1st of June.

Prescribed ages :

L.K.G – 3 Years + 3 Months

U.K.G -4 Years +

Std. 1 – 5 Years +

2. Application form will be issued at the school office during the 1st week of April only to the parents of the child seeking admission.
3. Filled in application duly signed by the father with the original and xerox copy of the birth certificate, will only be accepted.
4. Xerox copy of community certificate, original transfer certificate and Adhaar card should be submitted at the time

of admission for classes U.K.G to IX.

5. Re-admission should be done to the student who are promoted from U.K.G to standard I. A fresh admission fee

is to be paid.

6. Students those who seek admission from other states (other than Tamil Nadu), must produce their transfer certificate

(original) counter signed from the Educational Authority of their District.

7. Correct information should be furnished in the application.
8. At the time of admission a consolidated fees for four months shall be paid in advance along with the term fees.
9. Tamil is offered as second language, from I to IX. Hindi as third language is taught up to 5th standard.

l0. Only English should be spoken within the school premises.

Note : All admission will be strictly made on merit of the students, And the number of seats available in that class. No

recommendation will be entertained in this regard.
